Pros
I've worked with wonderful people, admin and clinical alike. The job has stellar benefits and really cares about their employees well-being. The job is stable and there are good changes happening within the company.
Cons
Disorganized. Upper management doesn't consult with the people on the ground, actually doing the work. There seems to be favoritism in upper management that has lead to poor decisions and difficulties on the ground. No thought is put into big plans, they just hit the ground running and expect to be picked back up by a different department. Communication is also lacking severely. No one talks to one another and it leads to catastrophic issues and mass confusion. Even when you ask everything seems to be a big secret. No one will give you basic answers or any answer at all.
