Absolute Nightmare - Medical Office Assistant Victoria Eye Employee Review

This place is easily the worst work environment I have ever encountered. There is a reason there is super high turnover here, they offer you no training and throw you in to an understaffed clinic to figure it out. When something goes wrong, as it inevitably will since no one is trained properly and not enough people are hired, it is publicly blamed on the employees. It blew me away how cavalier this practice is with people's vision, you'd think they would want to make sure their support staff were set up to handle the amount of patients that come through. Management is aware there aren't enough staff to handle patients properly and instead of hiring and training more, put more pressure on existing staff to handle it. It constantly worried me how ultimately this would affect the care patients get at Victoria Eye.
