Flexible hours, awesome managers and very understanding when things come up and you need time off.

Can be high stress at times and could have better benefits.

Flexible, decent schedule, good co workers, offers training for other positions.

They are not good about giving raises when they are deserved and earned. Reviews are rarely done on time. Management could be a lot better. Benefits are lacking. Not a great pay scale for the work done but rarely gives a decent raise. VERY cheap when it comes to spending money where it needs to be spent. Likes to buy crappy decorations for the clinic but wont pay their employees what they deserve. I get the feeling like I have to practically beg for things any normal employee deserves. HIGH TURNOVER RATE FOR FRONT DESK. They play favorites here quite often.
