Having read the post today referring to the recent CEO outburst in public, I felt compelled to write my own having watched these reviews develop here and on the Vitec page (take a look there too). For those of you naive enough to believe the occasional “it’s all great here” posts and that all this fuss is over the workforce unable to adapt to change, then the truth is that we are finding it difficult, but not the general changes. We have been changing constantly for years, absolutely nothing new there., and the current leadership team have nothing to pat themselves on the back about either, nothing we haven’t seen before. The change we are all struggling with is the change from decent leadership to autocracy, and that’s it!. A nasty, distrusting climate prevails and the leadership team aren’t trusted enough to do what they are good at. They are simply puppets and it’s cascading all the way down. It’s good to see the public outbursts recently. It confirms what we have been hearing was happening behind closed doors. It’s now creeping into public and I think it’ll only get worse.
