      Nice people, lots to learn, lots of products and offerings, good company culture

      Cons

      Leadership cannot get it right and keeps having layoffs every year. No matter how in the clear you think you are or how well the company says theyre doing, there will be another layoff soon

      constant re-orgs and small lay-offs, company has a new CEO every 12 months with a completely new vision, Amazing direct managers but company has no idea who they are or what they want to be.
