11yWe have received and responded to the feedback regarding health and welfare benefits in the UK and other offices abroad. Since this review, we have taken many strides to build a robust benefit program for our UK employees. The UK leadership has taken an active role in developing programs that, we think, are just flat-out awesome.
Here’s just a few we’d like to mention:

• Subsidized gym memberships
• Additional summertime holidays
• Spot bonuses and recognition awards
• Employee and leadership development
With these additional programs, the UK office is becoming a model workplace that values and rewards our teams’ contributions on a consistent basis. Moreover, we are continuing to evaluate our benefit programs across our global organization, taking employee feedback seriously, and mapping out the best ways to engage and healthy and happy workforce.
