      Really good atmosphere with many fun perks. Monthly BBQ's, team outings/team building trips, fun holiday stuff (pumpkin carving contests at halloween, gingerbread house contest at christmas) Company vehicle with gas card.

      Cons

      Not many downsides at all. Best company I've personally ever worked for.
