Pros
The pay and benefits were competitive, and for much of my time there I worked alongside a strong, capable team that took pride in its work.
Cons
Management became increasingly focused on upward mobility and less engaged with supporting or developing the people doing the work. Employees often felt replaceable rather than valued, which led to declining morale and a breakdown of what had once been a solid team environment.
While the company promotes formal reporting channels through HR, my experience did not reflect a supportive or protective process for those who speak up.
Overall, this company can be a good place to work in terms of compensation and the quality of coworkers, but meaningful improvements are needed in leadership accountability, communication, and organizational clarity to retain experienced employees and rebuild trust.
