      Flexible hours for engineering bagels and donuts on Friday

      Cons

      benefits are constantly being take away management lies to the employees management and upper management are not highly technical and they are not pro-active low performing individuals are kept in key positions, causing more work for others Manufacturing employees are not treated with respect

      Pros

      Insurance, 401k choices and time off policies are very good. Nice people, building and location. Average salary for new hires.

      Cons

      VPs on up to the top are a Boy's Club full of incompetents, insecure micro managers and workaholics. Revenues are shrinking while the best and smartest people get frustrated and move on ($160MM a few years ago now it's about 90 ). Layoffs or corporate parent (Sanmina) closing Viking are in everyones thoughts and its getting worse.
