Badly Managed - IT Support Technician VileTech Computer Solutions Employee Review

Management refused to write down promises, insisted on keeping their word, but then never did. Admitted to not wanting to give "management" title to workers managing the team/office because it would make employees more attractive to other employers. I was once told to clean up the bathroom with disinfecting wipes after a coworker who was not allowed to stay home sick (while mgmt was working from home) was physically sick in the one bathroom in the one room-office... and the explanation of how to clean the bathroom with disinfecting wipes was incorrect. No career pathing or plans for future positions, despite promises. No work/life boundaries respected.
