      Pros

      - Teammates are talented - Product has many features so you can practice new things - They care about good architecture

      Cons

      - Top-down management - They said they follow OKR and agile but it is not true - Micromanagement - Relationship makes promotion, sometimes they don't care about skill and performance - Product roadmap is a mess. The company has no vision at all. The top directors know nothing about technologies.
