The company is a pretty good company to work for. The salaries are pretty above average and the benefit packages available are good as well.

At first it's great working there, and slowly you will start to get tired of having to do so much and you realize a lot of people are under paid for what they do. Also, there is a lack of communication between departments which usually results in things not being done efficiently.

401k, health insurance and pto start right away from start of hire. Maybe 2-3 weeks of waiting time.

Hard labor Lunch breaks usually unheard of! Routing is below average if that! Delivery windows are annoying and take up a lot of time by re routing you. 10hr workdays are cherished expect to work 12 and up!
