Pros
Worked with so many great families over the years, very rewarding to watch children grown and learn. Also developed their current school age program, so it was rewarding to see the program grow and progress under my leadership.
Cons
At my time working there, we were severely understaffed and over teacher-child ratio almost daily which lead to reports to corporate compliance and state licensing as ratios were out of control. High teacher turnover added to this problem.
