Pros
Plenty of room for advancement due to massive turnover.
Cons
Constant pressure from management to 'step into the breach'. The longer you spend at the company, the more duties will be heaped onto you from other staff who have left. This fuels a vicious cycle of burning out senior staff (by "senior" i mean more than 12 months) and driving them to leave, forcing other staff to pick up the work. The company is already insolvent, they just hide it by not paying bills and hoping the debtor doesn't scream about it. Most staff don't get a cent of superannuation until they complain to the ATO. Management makes up for their total lack of resources and strung out workforce by threatening and abusing their staff into submission. The abuse i dealt with was so bad that i was diagnosed with depression. My symptoms vanished the day after i left that place.
