      Very laid back. Free food, free snacks. Lots of company parties. Free promotional swag. Great Work life balance. They have state of the art Machinery.

      Cons

      Very green leadership. Alot of first time managers, supervisors. Very disorganized. Unrealistic Completion Dates. Too many ex SpaceXers ruining work culture.
