Pros
A sense of inclusion and belonging! Very impressed by the culture and people at the company. All-around great folks. I was able to work from home once a week (some employees work multiple days from home - within the people team).
Cons
Worked as a contractor, was supposed to complete 6 months but was impacted by a company-wide furlough. Benefits don't start until 3 months after the contract. Benefits through eastridge.
