      Pros

      The city has good benefits, participates in the VRS, and City Hall feels very safe now. The people in the office were wonderful and I enjoyed working there.

      Cons

      Underpaid given the cost of living. The city did a study checking if they were paying market rate, found they were not and that most city employees couldn't afford to live in the city, and only bumped salaries a small amount.

      Pros

      Working with the clients and helping them with their everyday lives which makes a difference in the community.

      Cons

      The upper management is not supportive at all. Some one always call out or late which makes you have to stay longer on your shift.
