Ineffective, inauthentic leadership. Poor communication throughout the organization, veering into cagey. Very old-fashioned, in terms of general atmosphere and resistance to modern office niceties like relaxed dress code and telecommuting. Talented young people rarely stay here more than a year. The quality of HR is a literal joke among employees.
