Pros

I found nothing except very few good co-worker

Cons

CAUTION - This place wants you to work for 70-80 hours a week and it will be clearly stated in the offer/employment letter. I joined this company and very soon I my life was made hell. I was working almost till 7-8 PM everyday and then I was being called for meeting on weekends. Literally I did not have nay time for my personal life. I was told that a lot of people in past have been given warning by Owner for not joining meetings on weekend. Don't join this pain place if you are not from India otherwise you will be sacked any time. High expectations from all departments without providing them enough resources and time. If you really want to join this company then do a good research about this company specially in Roanoke,VA because it's badly infamous for it's work culture. I did not check the company background before joining and had to pay for it. No front desk person which means if a visitor is standing outside at the door then he/she will have to wait until someone stops by the lobby and open the door and it's really very tough specially in the cold weather. I talked with a lot of young Indian professionals at this place and they told me that most of the them got stuck with this company with very low compensation because of their work visas/permit (not authorized to work with other companies) and there are a lot of Indian employees who recently left this company as soon as they got their Green Cards. This clearly depicts that this company is taking advantage of the Indian employee's visa situation. Believe me this place will make your life hell specially if you are going to join as a manager. Every manager is always in fear of loosing the job even the one who is working for last 5-6 years or more. What a pathetic place it is? Weekend / Holiday/ overnight travel policy

Pros

Nothing I can say about

Cons

The current organizational structure reflects serious gaps in leadership capability, technical understanding, and workplace culture. In several key positions, individuals with limited technical background and communication skills are placed in critical roles such as Testing Head, Quality Head, and Production Supervision. This creates a disconnect between engineering requirements and decision-making at the operational level. The environment is further affected by high internal politics across multiple levels of the organization. Instead of addressing root causes, issues are often deflected between departments, with individuals prioritizing self-protection and maintaining their image in front of ownership rather than resolving engineering and production challenges. A significant concern is the lack of alignment between management decisions and engineering realities. Operational constraints, production challenges, and technical workflows are frequently misunderstood or overlooked, particularly due to a strong bias toward cost and procurement perspectives rather than end-to-end engineering execution. Additionally, the work environment has become increasingly challenging for engineering professionals. Many experienced engineers have chosen to leave the organization after securing long-term stability opportunities, and there is limited willingness among them to return due to the prevailing work culture. Overall, the combination of weak technical leadership, excessive internal politics, and misaligned priorities has created an environment that is not conducive to sustainable engineering excellence or employee retention.
