      Depends on position. Pro was limited customer contact

      Cons

      Poor management, inconsistent directives, you are pretty much treated poorly. Never been treated so poorly in my entire 35+ years working. Do not promote from within. Work system is a nightmare. If you don't work for investments, you don't matter.

      Benefits, pay, location. Genuinely friendly people.

      Cons

      It's still bound by some state government rules as an employer, but not a huge deal with the other benefits of this employer

      Location, pay rate is better than most state agencies.

      Cons

      Not diverse in senior management/executive management. Seems like they have favorites and do not promote people.
