      Pros

      Col. Flaherty has made a good effort to diversify management. In the old days, it was all old white guys.

      Cons

      You have to have a certain type of personality to work there. Ex-military, ex-police and (for some reason) Christians seem happiest there. Senior management's response to complaints/problems is generally "suck it up". Civilians ("unsworn") always come in second.

      The paycheck is the only good part of the job

      Cons

      12 hour shift with no breaks , coworkers, management will always request you to cover shifts while letting your other coworkers take off work without coverage yet you have to make sure you have coverage before taking off. Some coworkers do not like to take calls. Also you aren’t appreciated for your work
