No pros don't join here and spoil your carrier.
Cons
No commonsense for the few top people. For the anmesake they are V.P but they don't have any kind of knowledge simply barking on employees. They treat employees like slaves. People who are outside of the technical background will decide the DB architecture, how to create tables and will tell how to write code to developers.
