Best reasons to work for Viriya: The HR manager is friendly, professional and knows her stuff. Also the communication line is amazing. Not many companies have that. Viriya also gives you options vs being laid off or given lesser pay. I would recommend working for this company if there is an opportunity available.

I don't see any Cons with Viriya, but with the account I was working with or for - they were very unorganized. I don't believe Viriya had anything to do with this part though.
