Pros
There are a lot of good people at Virtium. That's it.
Cons
As the other reviews have stated, the CEO is a micromanager of the worst kind. Yet he's easily talked out of things as well. And will also change his mind at least 10 times per project. And these projects will come out of nowhere to interrupt your already busy schedule. Then when you aren't able to finish your previous work because of his requests, you get blamed. He also frequently decides that the urgent and super important thing he had you work on was actually not needed at all. And thinks nothing of it. He's also cheap and petty. The other co-owner/founder is nothing like him and is very pleasant (and smarter).
There are other micromanagers there as well. They like making slight and insignificant changes to then be able to claim the work as their own.
The facility is disgusting. It constantly smells like fish from the break room. Toilets leak and never get fixed. One went for over a year. One guy had roaches in his desk. Another had maggots.
No perks. None. Want coffee? Bring your own. Unless you want to use the old crusty coffee maker that they use for their guests.
Pay sucks and the CEO will try his hardest to deny your bonuses.
