Pros
Flex Time & remote work.
Cons
Original job posting was for data entry but once hired you will be doing claim resolution. The job is extremely complexed due to the many different projects you could be working on. Unrealistic production expectations. There is no process for improvement; if your work is unsatisfactory you will not be warned before you are fired. Even when becoming a full time employee you can be fired without notice or remediation. Working for recruiting solutions and rolling over to the VBOA as a full time employee will only get you PTO it will not give you job security, you can still be fired at any time for any reason. Accounts are to be resolved in one touch but if you follow through and work accounts accurately you will not meet production. Most accounts require lengthy research to be worked correctly but if you follow through you will risk be fired for not working quickly. They don’t want you calling the payers so much but don’t give you access to the tools you need. If you are not a favorite you will not get away with anything here! Accounts are worked incorrectly by people in higher positions without any Repercussions but if a PAA1 makes a mistake they will be punished for it. The only way to excel at this job is to work as fast as you can regardless of the accounts being worked correctly and hope that you can slide through the cracks. Don’t waste your time or experience, the 15.00 hourly pay isn’t worth the stress & toxicity of this place.
