Pros
- half days in the summer -location -flexible hours -SOME projects you work on are interesting. -involved in the community.
Cons
-very low pay -micro managed, it felt like kindergarten -bonuses are a joke -there is no confidentiality with HR. I tried to bring up an issue I had with my manager and my position, and she ended up telling my manager. Completely defeated the purpose. -the office is either VERY hot or VERY cold. -the owner is not friendly at all. -be prepared to become depressed and undervalued. -no room for growth I ended up leaving after they strung me along for months, promising me that I would be moving up to another position that reflected my career goals. I hated my job so much I quit without even having another job lined up. I would rather be unemployed than work here!
