This company is great! The workload is manageable and the work I do feels meaningful. Additionally, the CEO and other employees are very easy to talk to and work with. VEA also has a fun and welcoming work atmosphere that everyone should experience.

This is a company where the CEO is paying attention to all levels, from top to bottom. Low-level employees are encouraged to enhance skills, and new duties are assigned to help with this. She maintains communication. The CEO is also dedicated to giving back to the community, from sponsoring internships to volunteer work in charitable organizations. Also, the pay is good.

I haven't seen any major downsides here. I'm sure the people who washed out don't have a lot of good things to say about her, but if you're willing to give all the support you can, she'll support you.
