Pros

Feel good company values and vision. Strong focus on an inclusive environment and indigenous reconciliation.

Cons

Not as advertised. Very quickly it becomes clear that the primary focus is profits over people. The language around team building and community are traded for instant results and profits. The first sign support is needed, a plan is put in motion to replace you. Nepotism and cronyism drives promotions. Internal memos sent, asking current staff to rebuke bad online reviews. Made to use own equipment and penalized when that equipment has tech issues. Read the contract closely as they are petty and unwavering when it comes to modifications or requests for consideration. Fortunately I got out, and it only cost me a Laptop, Cell Phone, and a decent tax return.

Pros

Flexible schedule offers week and weekend schedules.

Cons

Low pay. Must invest almost ten unpaid hours on onboard proficiency assessments, group Zoom interview with other candidates, profile building, then 2+ hours orientation. Company doesn’t pay for any supplies needed to complete an assignment. Company demands that you not work another job when they’re assignments are inconsistent and pay is grossly low.
