Bad management and decision making, unfriendly environment and management, bad support and working conditions, a lot of restrictions from management regardless projects budget and projects completion, no breaks during the day, working saturdays, low daily allowance and hotel budget, no parking budget, pushed to work for more than 9h/day

A lot of travel, able to learn new technologies, ok colleagues

No work/life balance , not to much respect from company.
