Vishay is growing fast through acquisition. Company is not a fast paced company but a stable place to work at. Good teamwork in some areas. Global cultured team and exposure with international traveling. Good opportunity to perform a variety of functions. Salary was reasonable and performance based. HR is always trying to improve benefits for employees.
Cons
Vishay is a company that is always focusing on reducing staff wherever possible. Cost reduction every year. Company does not focus on technology to help the business.
