Management is indecisive need to figure out what they want

None to really share. Tough situation.

Was just out of control. Truth is stranger than fiction. The lack of common sense and the hubris of the parent company was amazing. I do not fault anyone. The truth is that in the real world people think because they rose up in the ranks that they are qualified for the next step and "can do anything". That is not the case and it is proven over and over in business. I have been privy once in my life to a company that truly new how to merge or purchase another company. It was an entity that had purchase 12 companies in the past and we were number 13. I am sure number 1 thru 7 were hell but over time they finally found best practices. Management actually thought they could hire out their development and just lay off everyone. If it was that easy everyone would do that. they did not even check what people did but pulled the plug and devestated the company.
