      Pros

      People are so positive, can have lots of fun, good place to improve communication skills and specially convincing abilities. Not like a typical 9-5 job.

      Cons

      Salary structure is quite complicated, which seem annoying sometimes. Not a stable kind of job, you earn as much as you perform, it sounds good when you doing good, but not all the days are gonna be same, sometimes it's depressing.

      Pros

      Autonomous work environment Freedom to express creativity in leadership styles Great pay Room for growth Excellent upper management You’ll actually meet your ceo at some point Great training process Fantastic team High levels of development from direct higher up

      Cons

      You get out what you put into it (not necessarily a bad thing) but sometimes reaching high goals can be challenging while missing them is discouraging. But i guess that’s what makes you get up and try again!

      Easy job to get into to start in a office environment and doing administrative work

      High turnover and toxic. Management was not the best at helping out employees succeed
