Pros
Middle- and upper-management are consistently very positive, providing training and expertise to anyone who needs it, and encouraging cross-team knowledge development strongly. The State Of Play for the company as a whole is provided in company town halls semi-regularly, and provides insight as to where each of the employees teams' fits.
Cons
C-suite have little idea of the value of QSRA processes - never mentioned in company-wide meetings with any degree of positivity despite multitude of successes in the face of perpetual goalpost moves by worldwide regulators.
