People oriented and small company that looks to provide a sleek place to work.

Small companies sometimes have certain systems in place that prevent growth.

The only pro was you got to take your truck home at the end of the day and didn’t need your own transportation to and from the warehouse !

You are misled from the moment you show to start training . You are not properly trained . You basically pal around with another tech whom by the way showed me NOTHING. He never explained any job detail . He spoke a total of 12 words in the week I trained. They finally gave me another tech to show me the job details. I went out finally on my own to find the territory I was told I’d be working in was no where near where I lived . They told us we were working towns near by our residence . They never gave me a policy and procedure manual and now after the many incidences including not paying me anything close to what was agreed on I see why . Five weeks out of my time employed by visionpro did I have to dispute the money that was paid . “Oh we’ll put in your next pay period “. I’d sooner work for Uber than HERE!!!!!!!!
