Pros
Quality work is rewarded with raises, bonuses, and promotions. Lots of potential in our market for growth. Great coworkers. Pretty good work-life balance. Three weeks of vacation to start. Tons of improvements in the last couple of years. Nice office. Indoor parking. Easy commute (for me anyway.) Company takes feedback well and acts on it when possible.
Cons
There are not too many. If you come with brains, a good attitude, and meet your work commitments, you'll love it here and will have a lot of growth potential.
