Great collaboration with other departments. I only stayed because I liked working with my colleagues.
Cons
-No work life balance; Several OT rendered due to lack of project management and higher-ups setting unrealistic commitments to clients -Will only give you a raise if you give your resignation letter, they do not care about your contribution to the company -Doesn't reward hard working employees but rather Senior designers only
