      The pay, commission is not capped but is it worth the stress?

      Cons

      very stressful to work for, all the managers care about is the money they make at the end of the day, don't care for mental health and all management are besties so you can't complain to ANYONE.

      Good location for proximity to good food and entertainment

      Cons

      Toxic management, incompetent leads Projects are very boring and underfunded so most of the results are made up by the project heads Consultants don't know what they are doing. If you are knowledgeable in the area you will see through the BS Diverse people but sadly lacking competency
