Pros
The remuneration is good, the location is convenient, the working hours are regular, the equipment which the company sells is fascinating and high-tech and the colleagues are nice.
Cons
Little training is provided and one is expected to know what to do from the beginning. One is left to find out for oneself as one is not given assignments which can be used for learning. After that one receives complaints that one is not able to keep up and work enough and that one should take assignments. Yet one is not told where one should take assignments from. As for me, I was finally given a big assignment which I fulfilled. In addition, I did a lot of translation work in the meantime. Yet my performance, although it was admitted that it was impressive, it was not "impressive enough". Whatever that means. No hint was given as to what I should have done for my performance to be "impressive enough". That was a reason for dismissal
