Pros
The only good thing about this company is WFH arrangement.
Cons
- The tools are extremely limited and they rely on job sites that offer free job posting. How can you compete with other recruitment firms and how can you deliver the needs of your client on time if your team is not equipped with the necessary tools? Expect to work long hours each day if you work for this company. It is extremely hard to get qualified candidates if you're only using passive sourcing (especially for niche & technical roles).
- The absence of the necessary tools will, of course, affect the performance of the team and the management sees it as incompetence rather than viewing it as a neglect on their part.
- The management doesn't seem to know what they're doing. KPIs are regularly changed which I see as unnecessary. They call it process improvement but it doesn't really improve anything and only caused confusion among employees.
- The management is very incompetent - They do not know how to address important issues within the operations. Some of the managers call themselves coach but the problem is they do not know how to "coach" employees.
- The culture is extremely toxic and the HR is not doing anything to change it. In fact, the HR team of this company seems to support this kind of environment. The Senior Operations Manager has done a lot of things that are against labor laws but the HR didn't do anything about it.
- Their attrition rate is extremely high. 2 - 3 employees leave the company each month while I was connected to this company. This is not normal.
