      - nice office environment -study space

      Cons

      -china style management, to service management's need but not for scientific research - testing standard (DIY standard, not legal standard), hard to sell & apply to market - they will adjust the testing standard(target value) & data based on the client's project, thus the testing result is not regulations at all plus not credible to the B2C market

      Colleague in Vitargent having good team spirit, manager were very nice and all co-worker were very friendly.

      Not enough opportunity for part time.
