Pros
Fun environment with young employees and plenty of happy hours. Provided opportunities to learn about other fields. Room for growth and can quickly gain responsibility. Very friendly and approachable upper management. Takes HR very seriously and has good business ethics.
Cons
Sometimes a little disorganized and not the greatest benefits (no 401k matching), which is ironic for a SaaS company that works primarily with health insurance providers. Quick turn around rate for employees since many come in straight from college.
