- very flexible regarding home-office during Corona - plenty of opportunities to switch to other teams in the company - international orientation allows to work with a lot of different people
Cons
- poor support functions (e.g. HR) - little opportunity for learning & development (within a team) - little team spirit - big attrition rate in quite a few teams
