Pros
There are some great people that work/worked there. The benefits were OK, but could be better. For a maintenance tech we had several advantages from maintenance workers, job was a lot more flexible. The maintenance manager at the time (hes since gone) was one of the best managers I've worked with/for. Personally I LOVE the 223 shift schedule, leaves you with a lot of time during the week to get outside work things done. I miss this the most.
Cons
EXTREMELY HOT YEAR ROUND. The humidity was abysmal too. Upper management is NOT the best or even fair at times. Many would have their favorites and would take their word for face value and usually never followed up with the person in question. Which led to a LOT of people leaving or getting fired from poor decision making. HR (was) a nightmare, I hope the new person leading HR is a better fit for the job and takes it seriously.
