* The work environment was great * Supportive team member from Sales team to Production/Lab team to logistic * Easy to workaround especially for undergrads without sales background * It come with basic incentive for sales team * Most staff member are approachable * Strong and steady customer based to start-off

* Commission was undesirable since it is based on fix value rather total sales value * No hybrid working (based on approval from superior) * Career progress fluctuate according to demand

Nice environment, no terrible procedures.

The pay should be better.
