Pros
The individual team members are great working with and fun. Everyone is usually in a good mood. Some of the benefits were nice as well.
Cons
Nothing is truthful in there. We would promise a customer that we would reach a specific milestone within a specific period, but that never happens AND we still have to inform the customer either we are on track or that we had an issue with development that we are working on. Where in reality the development team has just been working on another project and hasn't even looked into it. We would also simply grab ideas on the go. Which isn't a problem per se, but the actual problem is that we would tell the customer that we have this product and we are already working on it. A lot of the items are simply being winged at in there.
