Pros

nice direct boss and her boss was amazing

Cons

we sold a product that was being "built" but was never established. Therefore, I "sold the product" to executives that truly never came to life and did not exist. As I made SO many connections with "high-ups" in HUGE corporations/ got meetings bc I naturally build relationships. EXTREMELY EMBARRASING AS I GAINED THESE PEOPLES TRUST!!

Pros

You’ll learn to work under extreme pressure… because you’ll have no choice. Great crash course in survival skills: dodging verbal abuse, managing chaos, and replying to 1 a.m. WhatsApp messages

Cons

Toxicity is the culture — shouting, swearing, and public humiliation are part of the daily routine, led from the very top. Zero work-life balance — “996” hours are a minimum; expect to be spammed with messages during weekends, MC days, and even in the middle of the night. Micromanagement hell — every move is monitored, second-guessed, and overridden, usually with contradictory instructions. Revolving door staff policy — new hires vanish in weeks, long-timers are sacked for petty reasons, and you’ll constantly be saying goodbye to the few good colleagues you meet. Questionable integrity — from making big promises the company can’t deliver to a public scandal over fake credentials, there’s always something embarrassing to explain to outsiders. Chaos disguised as “fast-paced” — priorities change hourly, and whatever was “urgent” yesterday will be abandoned tomorrow.
