Nice company with work on latest Salesforce tech - Software Engineer Vlocity Employee Review

I was an early member and had the opportunity to build out an organization. It was rewarding opportunity.

My last position required 80% travel which I enjoyed but being away from HQ and the day to day activity led to my loss of influence.

People are great, work-life balance as for start-up is nice

Top management of engineering. Very bad pay for some especially early employees, non-existent yearly performance review, no raises or bonuses (horrible horrible experience). Tech not so much, old methodologies.
