Pros

I joined VoCoVo relatively recently and have been genuinely impressed. The leadership team gives you space to do your job properly — there's trust, autonomy, and a real appetite for doing things the right way rather than just the fast way. The product is strong (market leader for good reason), the people are committed, and there's a genuine willingness to invest in improving how the company operates. If you want a role where you can actually make a difference rather than just fill a seat, this is a good place to be.

Cons

Like any growing company, processes are still catching up with ambition — but that's part of the opportunity.

Pros

As a Senior Project Manager at VoCoVo, you lead high-impact technical rollouts for global retail giants within an award-winning, "Great Place to Work" certified culture. The role balances market-leading innovation with a human-centric mission, offering competitive senior-tier benefits and a collaborative environment focused on professional growth.

Cons

While the role is incredibly rewarding, the rapid pace of innovation can occasionally lead to a rather demanding schedule and complex logistical puzzles. Navigating these high-stakes rollouts requires a steady hand, as balancing the needs of major global clients with the company's fast growth can be quite a spirited challenge!

Pros

It is truly a brilliant place to work. It has an excellent company culture - everyone is very friendly and keen to help. As a fast-growing business, there are lots of opportunities and challenges. There is also a recognition at all levels, including the exec, of the challenges we face and a commitment to improve.

Cons

The same as any fast growing start up. VoCoVo is very fast-paced, and there is not often much time for deep thinking, and there is a strong bias towards action. Can be a pro for many, but can put people under a lot of pressure.
