Awful - Anonymous employee Vocational Training Hub Employee Review

CEO/owner is the most unprofessional person/manager I’ve ever seen. He micromanages stuff every minute of the day, changes direction multiple times per week so you cannot actually deliver any results (no matter what your role is). He hires many people at the same time without any plan, and then fires them for no reason. Nobody lasts longer than 6-7 months. Probations are 3 months but then get extended for no reasonable reason. The minute you disagree with the CEO or you become friend with your colleagues, you’ll be fired. Search for The Big Initiative, TTH and The Training Hub to see more reviews from former employees. All are the same company ran by the same person (they change the company name every few years which looks very dodgy).

There's no pros to working here.

Micromanagement, made to feel like a child. every minute of everyday must be accounted for. If you disagree with the CEO on anything, you'll get sacked the next day. they do pass you on probation so they can easily get rid of you when they want to. a really toxic place to work. Do not work here. Lack of proper management and leadership. Most of the staff hired do not last longer than 12 months!!
