Pros

During my tenure at Voiant I was given the opportunity to meet consistently with the CEO, Consulting Director's and be client facing. I genuinely loved my tenure at Voiant and my plan was to be there for a very long time. They took the time to invest in my professional growth and allowed me to receive multiple certifications across many different platforms. The people that I worked with were great, and on a personal level you could tell that people on your teams cared about the client work and the well-being of each member of the team.

Cons

I was poached from a large consulting firm in 2022, along with many other former Voiant team members. Leadership decided to bring on new people with the hopes of winning work. When they did not win the work that was in the pipeline, they laid off every US person that they had brought on in the last year. They also laid off people that had been there for 4+ years. I was not planning on writing a review but seeing that within 3 months of them laying off myself and others, they are hiring for the same position they terminated. During my employment search I used Glassdoor a lot, and wanted to give my honest experience so potential candidates could know what life is like at Voiant. If deals are getting closed, it is a great place to work. If the pipeline dries up, then you might not be tenured there for very long.
